The Whispering Hills Property Owner Association (WHPOA) is the grantor clearing house for title companies, realtors and mortgage companies.

Realtors and Title Companies should contact Casey Solari at  info@porchswingpropertiestx.com or Tami Norton at tamiwhpoa@gmail.com to begin a purchase or transfer process.  We ask that you be prepared to provide the Addendum for a Property in a Mandatory POA; this helps expedite the release of information.  Allow seven business days for document delivery.

WHPOA charges the following account service fees:

A bundled package for all property sales and transfers (Resale Certificate, Statement of Account and any Title Company HOA/POA Disclosure form and Transfer fee) is $700.00.  

A selling POA member may receive a discount.

If the above bundled package is not requested and the items are individually requested, the following prices apply:

• Transfer fee, Statement of Account/Title Company HOA/POA Disclosure form is $550.00.
• A Resale Certificate is $200.00, is non-refundable once issued to an authorized requestor and payment is due prior to issuance of a Resale Certificate. 
• Subordination agreements can be arranged for a fee of $350.00 and up.

Expedited delivery of any document within 24 hours will incur an additional $200.00 document fee.

Expedited delivery of any document requiring less than 72 business hours to process shall be subject to a $100.00 document fee.
