Voluntary Membership

All persons owning property in the Whispering Hills Subdivision are eligible for membership in the Whispering Hills Property Owner Association. 

POA membership is an additional $20.00 a year.  Membership fees are crucial in providing funds necessary to meet our legal obligations, provide services and manage the maintenance costs of our neighborhood.

• Attendance at any Board meeting.
• Voting rights on all POA matters.
• Eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors, as a member of the Architecture and Land Review Committee or any other ad hoc committee.
• ​Free access to POA records on most items during years of POA membership. 
• Free reservation of the POA Park for special events.
• Free access to the Dumpster containers during the 'Dumpster Day' clean-up weekends.
• Discounted fees to POA members when buying or selling a property in Whispering Hills.  A discount of 10% to 35% on most fees is dependent on length of POA membership. 

Volunteers to serve our community are always needed and welcome to serve on the POA Board, the Architecture and Land Review Committee, the Events Committee or various other ad-hoc committees on an as-needed basis.
